Yes, you can get available samples in our stock. Free for real samples, but freight cost.

2. How can we get a quote?

Please offer the specification of the product, such as material, size, shape, color, quantity, surface finishing, etc.

3. What format design file you want for printing?

AI; PDF; CDR; high DPI JPG.

4. Can you help with the design?

Yes, 3 professional designers to help with simple information such as logo and some images.

5. What's the trade term and payement term?

50% of the total value to be paid before producing. Accept T/T, WU, Paypal & Cash. Can be negociated.

6. May i have new sample made with my design for confirmation?

Yes.

7. What about the lead time?

It depends on the products. Normally 7 workdays after confirmation of design file and remittance.
